📋 Description

• Lead discovery and requirements-definition activities for acquisition planning and pre-award
• Analyze acquisition-process data using Python and SQL to validate business rules, identify
• Document current-state processes, business rules, pain points, controls, data requirements
• Design future-state workflows that reduce manual effort while improving consistency, traceability

🎯 Requirements

• 7+ years of relevant experience in business analysis, business transformation, acquisition
• Bachelor’s degree preferred.
• Hands-on experience using Python for data preparation and analysis and SQL to query, join
• Working knowledge of federal acquisition and pre-award processes, including the Federal Acquisition
• Demonstrated experience leading complex requirements-definition and process-redesign initiatives
• Ability to lead through influence while remaining hands-on with analysis, process documentation
