7+ years of experience administering and enhancing enterprise business apps.
Techno-functional expertise with Salesforce and CX apps (Freshdesk, Zendesk) or similar.
Experience with REST APIs, integrations, and basic scripting (Python preferred).
Hands-on with workflows, automations, SOQL, declarative automation, and config.
Experience using Generative AI tools (Claude, ChatGPT, Microsoft Copilot, Gemini) to boost productivity.
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related discipline.
