Lead - Business Systems Services (Workday Technical Lead)

📋 Description

• Lead Workday HR IT initiatives and maintain the HCM system
• Manage Workday integrations: EIB, Studio, APIs, RAAS
• Configure security groups and access controls
• Collaborate with HR to optimize processes
• Develop reports and dashboards for HR decisions
• Provide end-user training and ongoing support

🎯 Requirements

• 5-8 years of experience
• Bachelor's degree in IT, Business Administration, or related field
• Proven Workday HCM analyst with integrations, reporting, and configuration
• Strong understanding of HR processes and best practices
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
• Effective communication and interpersonal skills
• Experience with data management, reporting, and analytics in Workday
• Workday certification is a plus
