📋 Description

• Own ONC Pharma campaign strategy end to end — from translating business and brand objectives into
• Direct day-to-day execution across channels (digital, email, paid media, content
• Set the campaign brief and creative direction in partnership with creative and brand teams
• Proactively surface risks to timeline, budget, or performance and drive them to resolution — rather
• Define the KPIs and measurement framework for each campaign; monitor performance in flight rather
• Read measurement results critically — translate what happened into specific, actionable tweaks

🎯 Requirements

• 12 years in campaign management (or 8 years and a master's degree in marketing or equivalent) or
• Demonstrated fluency in reading and acting on performance data (e.g., analytics platforms, Power
• Proven experience managing up to and influencing senior stakeholders, including situations
• Strong cross-functional leadership skills — able to align creative, agency, and operations partners
• Excellent written and verbal communication; skilled at presenting, defending, and adjusting
• Experience operating within a regulated pharma marketing environment (MLR / medical-legal review
