• Own Candidate Experience operations across APAC with scalable processes
• Drive operational excellence through resource management and process optimization
• Partner with Recruiting leaders, Hiring Managers, and stakeholders to hit hiring goals
• Champion a world-class candidate experience; improve comms and engagement
• Lead regional/global projects to boost recruiting ops with data-driven insights

• 1+ years of people leadership building high-performing teams
• Ability to lead, develop, and motivate teams in fast-growth environments
• Strong operational mindset with process improvement and scalability
• Excellent organizational, communication, and stakeholder management skills
• Resourceful and proactive, with sound judgment navigating ambiguity
• Experience with recruiting tools like Greenhouse, Zendesk, Google Workspace
