📋 Description

• Identify industrialization risks during the design stages and provide practical recommendations to
• Support factory production and mass-production ramp-up, including onsite factory support
• Share practical expertise across R&D, NPI, and Manufacturing to build up proper CCTV
• Provide technical authority and knowledge-sharing expertise across teams
• Act as a technical authority and knowledge-sharing expert rather than only as an execution-focused

🎯 Requirements

• 7+ years of practical experience in Video/CCTV device development, NPI, Product Industrialization
• Experience in building/managing CCTV manufacturing line
• Proven hands-on experience across the full product lifecycle in a mature manufacturing company
• Practical experience with factory production and mass-production ramp-up, including onsite factory
• Strong understanding of production-line structure and manufacturing processes for video devices
• Deep understanding of environmental and reliability validation, including temperature and humidity
