Serve as the technical lead and senior civil engineering advisor for infrastructure modernization
Lead facility planning, infrastructure assessments, site investigations, alternatives evaluations
Perform technical engineering design for underground utilities, including sanitary and storm
Provide quality assurance/control and engineering project activities focused on wastewater
Provide technical oversight and multidisciplinary coordination across civil, structural, marine
Direct the development and review of engineering reports, design packages, specifications

🎯 Requirements

Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Engineering, or a related engineering
Professional Engineer (PE) license or ability to obtain licensure in applicable states
Minimum of 10 years of progressively increasing responsibility in heavy civil engineering
Experience developing and overseeing engineering deliverables, including studies, reports, plans
