Lead Clinical Pharmacist

📋 Description

• Lead a clinical team using Arine to optimize patient outcomes
• Oversee medication therapy consultations for patients and providers
• Collaborate with Engineering to improve Arine platform
• Supervise pharmacists reviewing medication profiles and counseling patients
• Represent Clinical Care in client and internal meetings

🎯 Requirements

• At least 12 months Pharmacist experience on adherence or MTM projects with leadership
• Team management or coaching experience
• Strong analytical skills
• Ability to problem solve and triage clinical and operational issues
• Excellent communication and project management skills
• Ability to engage with patients, promote adherence and show empathy
