📋 Description

• Role: Lead Cloud Architect.
• The pivotal hire for this engagement. Senior technical authority responsible for assessing the current state of the migration, owning the target architecture, and driving delivery through to completion. Must be credible enough to challenge the client's existing team including long-serving staff resistant to change — while maintaining trust and momentum.

🎯 Requirements

• AWS data platform: S3, Glue, Lake Formation, Redshift, EKS
• Lakehouse architecture and migration delivery at scale
• Regulated industry experience — essential; betting and gaming - Required
• Demonstrated ability to operate in politically complex, fractured team environments
• Strong communicator — able to deliver messages to technical and non-technical stakeholders
