Lead Cloud Onboarding Architect

📋 Description

• Own complex and escalated setup engagements
• Raise the bar for the team
• Represent setup cross-functionally
• Lead Guided Setup for complex enterprise accounts across data warehouse/repository configuration
• Serve as senior technical escalation point for setup issues
• Work with customer technical stakeholders to understand environments and guide configurations

🎯 Requirements

• Deep hands-on experience with dbt (2-3 years minimum) as account admin and data practitioner
• Prior experience as Cloud Onboarding Architect / Implementation Consultant (or equivalent)
• Administrator-level fluency with data warehouses (Snowflake, Databricks, BigQuery, Redshift)
• Track record of mentoring or coaching less experienced teammates
• Comfort owning ambiguous, cross-functional problems
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
