Lead Cloud Platform Engineer

📋 Description

• Own the platform engineering roadmap with stakeholders and delivery goals.
• Lead and mentor a team of platform engineers with quality and consistency.
• Primary technical point of contact for platform matters across teams.
• Support on-call for the EKS platform.
• Own operational health of containerised workloads on EKS; manage Helm and Kustomize configs.
• Drive GitOps practices using Flux and maintain pipelines across environments.

🎯 Requirements

• Kubernetes at production scale; prefer EKS; strong networking and RBAC.
• Flux-based GitOps tooling; solid Helm and Kustomize skills.
• AWS managed services: EKS, MSK, and RDS in production.
• Terraform for modular infrastructure across environments.
• GitHub Actions for CI/CD of containerised workloads.
• Operational mindset: incident management and on-call processes.
