Lead Commercial HVAC Installer

📋 Description

• Remove and replace commercial heating and cooling equipment.
• Install VAV and VRF systems with building controls.
• Run low-voltage control wiring and rough-in work.
• Assist with light sheet metal fabrication and installation.
• Follow codes and regulations.
• Communicate with customers on-site to explain work.

🎯 Requirements

• 2+ years hands-on HVAC experience.
• Commercial HVAC experience preferred.
• Direct subcontractors and internal installers.
• Read blueprints, mechanical drawings, and docs.
• EPA Universal certification required; OSHA 10.
• Physically capable: climb ladders, lift heavy equipment.
