📋 Description

• Lead the design and delivery of semi-annual Company Kickoffs
• Support the annual planning process
• Prepare quarterly ELT Strategy Days
• Synthesize scattered inputs from executives into a single, decision-ready artifact
• Own end-to-end preparation of board materials
• Maintain a reliable source of truth for board and executive reporting metrics

🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years in program management, business operations, strategy, or chief of staff roles
• Systems thinker
• Owner mentality with a high tolerance for ambiguity
• Exceptional written and verbal communication
• Comfortable with data - able to work in spreadsheets, run ad hoc analysis
• Experience with program management tools and methodologies
