🎯 Requirements

Proven experience (5+ years) in program management, business operations, strategy, or chief of
Systems thinker
Owner mentality with a high tolerance for ambiguity
Exceptional written and verbal communication
Comfortable with data—able to work in spreadsheets, run ad hoc analysis, pressure-test numbers
Experience with program management tools and methodologies
