Lead Compensation Analyst

📋 Description

• Lead market benchmarking and salary survey analyses to develop recommendations that maintain
• Own complex compensation analyses, including financial modelling, employee impact assessments, pay
• Develop and maintain compensation dashboards and reporting to identify workforce trends, evaluate
• Lead the planning, administration, and execution of annual compensation cycles, including merit
• Serve as a subject matter expert and trusted advisor to HR Business Partners and business leaders
• Partner with HRIS, Payroll, and Finance to ensure accurate compensation data, incentive payment

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Finance, Business, or a related field, or equivalent relevant
• 7+ years of progressive compensation experience, including demonstrated ownership of complex
• Advanced knowledge of compensation principles, market benchmarking, job evaluation, incentive
• Demonstrated ability to independently lead complex projects, develop strategic recommendations, and
• Advanced analytical and financial modelling skills, including expertise in Excel and/or Google
• Experience translating complex compensation data into actionable insights and presenting
