📋 Description

• Administer Atlassian products and support clients with implementation, configuration, and
• Provide scheduled on-call support outside standard business hours and respond promptly to service
• Identify opportunities to improve internal processes, client services, and operational efficiency
• Obtain and maintain Atlassian certifications by passing two Atlassian Certified Professional exams

🎯 Requirements

• At least one year of experience in a client service, technical support, or help desk role.
• Previous experience as a Jira administrator is preferred.
• Ability to administer Atlassian products, troubleshoot technical issues, and provide practical
• Strong organizational and time-management skills, with the ability to manage multiple clients
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to explain technical concepts
• Ability to analyze complex problems, identify root causes, and develop complete, effective
