Lead and mentor a team of Controls Technicians in BMS, EPMS, and SCADA for data centers.
Primary onsite point for Instrumentation & Controls field work, coordinating troubleshooting of
Oversee updating and optimization of HMI graphics and interfaces for monitoring.
Maintain automated controls for fire safety, ESOP, and protective systems.
Monitor KPIs (PUE, uptime) via dashboards and drive continuous improvement.
Coordinate responses to utility grid events and prioritize team tasks.

🎯 Requirements

Associate's Degree or equivalent hands-on experience in Controls/Automation.
5+ years in industrial control systems with at least 2 years in a lead/senior technician role.
Strong experience with Ignition SCADA or similar and Siemens TIA Portal (or equivalent PLC
Proven ability to troubleshoot I&C issues in live operations.
