• Define Harvey's voice, tone, and editorial standards across all touchpoints.
• Partner with Design, Motion, Web, and leadership early in projects.
• Write and edit campaigns, launches, site copy, and social content.
• Ensure consistency across marketers, product teams, agencies, and contributors.
• Help establish Harvey's copywriting standards and mentor future writers.

🎯 Requirements

• 8+ years of copywriting, brand storytelling, or creative leadership.
• Portfolio with conceptual thinking across campaigns, brand, web, product, and launches.
• Strong point of view on language, voice, and storytelling.
• Experience developing creative concepts, not just executing briefs.
• Exceptional editing instincts; elevate others' writing with direct feedback.
• Experience mentoring writers or guiding editorial processes.
