📋 Description

• Finance partner for G&A functions; own planning and reporting for assigned departments end to
• Understand budget, plan headcount, and build financial case for decisions
• Hands-on role working with numbers, models, and systems; translate analysis into guidance for
• Collaborate across finance and business teams to support strategy, pricing, and profitability

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related; 5+ years FP&A or finance
• Advanced financial modeling skills; comfortable with large datasets
• Experience with EPM/CPM platforms (Planful, Anaplan, Hyperion, or similar); building dynamic
• Strong communication; ability to explain financial concepts to non-finance partners
• Self-starter, comfortable in ambiguity; capable of creating structure where processes don’t yet
• Able to manage multiple workstreams and deadlines
