Lead, Corporate FP&A

📋 Description

• Own FP&A process: budgeting, long-range planning, rolling forecasts.
• Drive executive decision support with clear CEO/CFO insights.
• Build scalable FP&A infrastructure: models, reporting, analytics.
• Define and track KPIs; align financials with operations.
• Lead variance analysis and driver-based storytelling.
• Partner with Accounting, Treasury, Capital Markets, Product, Intl teams.

🎯 Requirements

• 8–12+ years in FP&A, corporate finance, or related roles in lending/fintech.
• Leadership building and scaling FP&A in fast-growth, data-driven environments.
• Strong forecasting, budgeting, scenario analysis; credit modeling preferred.
• Advanced Excel/Sheets; AI analytics tools and automation; Aleph preferred.
• Translate complex data into executive insights on unit economics and risk.
• Collaborate with senior leaders across credit, risk, product, capital markets, ops.
• Experience in high-growth fintech lending or multi-product financial services.
• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, or Accounting; MBA a plus.
