📋 Description

• Lead global commercial negotiations with enterprise customers and partners.
• Draft, review, and negotiate MSAs, DPAs, and vendor agreements.
• Advise on security, privacy, and compliance risk in strategic transactions.
• Develop scalable contracting playbooks, templates, and approval processes.
• Design and mature global compliance and governance programs.
• Partner cross-functionally to drive fast deal execution while managing risk.

🎯 Requirements

• J.D. degree and active membership in at least one U.S. state bar.
• 7+ years of relevant legal experience in tech companies or firms.
• Experience supporting global legal, privacy, and governance initiatives.
• Strong understanding of SaaS models and enterprise customers.
• Balance legal risk with pragmatic business considerations.
• Ability to operate independently while managing multiple priorities.
