📋 Description

• Support Fraud & Safety Operations and policy enforcement for Airbnb’s community.
• Advise on global risk, life safety, law enforcement operations and internal investigations.
• Lead cross-functional projects with Fraud & Safety, Global Crisis Management, Community Policy
• Manage team resources to align with business priorities and strategic objectives.

🎯 Requirements

• J.D. with strong credentials and significant in-house or law firm experience at senior level.
• California Bar or eligible to register as Registered In-House Counsel.
• 12-15 years in litigation, risk mitigation, fraud and safety, with policy and global operations
• Excellent analytical, writing and communication skills; ability to distill complex issues for
• Ability to work with urgency on high-stakes matters; entrepreneurial, pragmatic legal guidance
