📋 Description

• Advise on UK/EU fintech regulatory matters, including payments licensing.
• Negotiate and draft European commercial agreements with banks and customers.
• Partner with Product, Compliance, Risk, Finance, and Marketing to launch new products.
• Build scalable legal processes, templates, training, and escalation frameworks.
• Support corporate expansion, including entity formation and governance.

🎯 Requirements

• Qualified UK attorney authorized to practice with fintech in-house or firm experience.
• Strong UK/EU payments, e-money, financial services, and tech knowledge.
• Ability to advise cross-functionally on product, commercial, corporate, and employment matters.
• Practical judgment translating complex legal/regulatory requirements into clear guidance.
• Excellent drafting, negotiation, stakeholder-management, and project-management skills.
