📋 Description

• Lead UK legal matters for Airbnb's UK business.
• Advise on regulatory, policy, and compliance matters.
• Collaborate with policy, tax, and outside counsel.
• Oversee UK product launches, disputes, and risk.

🎯 Requirements

• UK-qualified lawyer with 10+ years PQE.
• In-house experience advising senior stakeholders on UK regs.
• Strong understanding of UK consumer protection law.
• Experience coordinating cross-jurisdictional advice.
• Fluent in English; other European languages desirable.
• Experience with UK short-term rental/planning regulation.
• Willing to lead teams and manage outside counsel.
• Excellent judgment and stakeholder management.
