📋 Description

• Lead cultivation staff, schedules, and inventory.
• Oversee plant production, health, and quality control.
• Maintain cleanliness and efficiency of the production area.
• Ensure compliance with state standards and Cresco policies.
• Coordinate with Garden leadership to inform staff.

🎯 Requirements

• Experience training, leading, mentoring staff.
• Experience overseeing a large-scale agriculture facility.
• Two years’ experience in a production facility or equivalent.
• Strong time-management and multitasking skills.
• Advanced knowledge of plant cultivation and facility operations.
• Computer literacy: word processing, POS systems, and databases.
• Knowledge of medical cannabis policy and law.
