Lead Cultivation Agent

📋 Description

• Lead a team of agents in daily tasks of monitoring and maintaining plant production and health
• Oversee quality control measures in the greenhouse to ensure high quality products and compliance
• Delegate tasks to gardeners and harvest technicians to maintain a compliant and clean cultivation
• Coordinate with Garden Manager to ensure accurate communication to cultivation staff
• Oversee cultivation tasks and processes, ensure proper documentation in accordance with State and
• Measure and mix nutrient and plant applications, apply according to policy

🎯 Requirements

• Excellent multi-tasking and organizational skills
• Two years experience in general production, preferably regulated field producing for human
• Demonstrated experience training, leading and/or mentoring junior staff or new hires preferred
• Advanced knowledge of plant cultivation and cultivation facility operations
• Computer literacy in word processing, point-of-sale systems, and data base management
• Knowledge of medical cannabis policy and law
