📋 Description

• Oversee daily vegetative cultivation operations and team.
• Partner with Cultivation leadership to execute the grow plan.
• Lead daily tasks: watering, feeding, pruning, cleaning, and transplanting.
• Monitor rooms and irrigation; escalate issues beyond tolerance.
• Maintain plant health and canopy; ensure safety and compliance.
• Keep the garden organized and on schedule.

🎯 Requirements

• Hands-on leader balancing plant health, team productivity, and compliance.
• Lead by example; mentor Cultivation Associates and ensure safety.
• At least 1 year of hands-on cannabis, agricultural, or landscaping experience.
• Strong attention to detail with SOPs, documentation, and quality standards.
• Able to manage daily priorities, pace work, and stay on schedule.
