Lead Cultivation Associate

📋 Description

• Lead daily cultivation tasks: watering, feeding, transplanting, pruning, cleaning.
• Support cloning, sanitation, room prep, and flower room operations across growth stages.
• Monitor grow rooms daily, auditing environmental and irrigation systems; escalate issues.
• Perform pest inspections and mitigation; apply sanitizers and foliar sprays per SOPs.
• Maintain plant structure and canopy health; assist harvest and post-harvest activities.
• Measure, label, track, and dispose of plant material per regulations using trackers.

🎯 Requirements

• At least 1 year of hands-on experience in cannabis, agriculture, or landscaping.
• Confident managing daily priorities, pacing work, and keeping teams on schedule under pressure.
• Strong attention to detail and a consistent approach to quality, documentation, and compliance.
• Experience with production trackers, inventory systems, and basic computer tools.
• Reliable, accountable, and takes ownership of your work and team performance.
• High school diploma, GED, or equivalent.
