📋 Description

  • Lead team in cultivation tasks: watering, feeding, defoliating, transplanting
  • Support mother plant care, cloning, room prep, sanitation
  • Ensure product integrity and maintain optimal growing conditions
  • Perform pest inspection and mitigation activities
  • Monitor/report issues with lighting, HVAC, CO2, irrigation systems
  • Train and coach team members in accordance with SOP

🎯 Requirements

  • 1+ year experience in commercial cannabis, agricultural, or landscaping
  • High school diploma or GED
  • Effective communication skills
  • Attention to detail and strong work ethic
  • Basic weight/measurement concepts, operate scales and meters
  • 1-year relevant experience with team leadership (preferred)
