📋 Description

  • Directly manage a team of CPMs and develop them.
  • Own end-to-end customer programs from scoping to delivery.
  • Serve as a cross-functional partner across CS, PM, and Manufacturing.
  • Coach and develop the team; set standards; remove blockers.
  • Report to the Manager of CPM; operate in a hybrid model.
  • Maintain portfolio health by monitoring program health and risks.

🎯 Requirements

  • 7–13 years total experience; 5+ years leading customer-facing hardware programs.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical, Industrial, Manufacturing Engineering or related field.
  • Minimum 2 years in a team lead or people management role.
  • Proven track record running complex, multi-stakeholder programs end-to-end.
  • Experience with US/EU customers from India on US business hours.
  • Preferred: experience at contract manufacturers, digital platforms, or hardware supply chain.
  • Experience with Salesforce, Odoo, Jira, Asana, and Sigma.
  • Strong communication, judgment, escalation, and data-driven decision making.
  • Excellent English, able to communicate with executives to ICs.
  • Hardware lifecycle knowledge: EVT, DVT, PVT, MP.
