Own customer programs end-to-end: scoping, kickoff, delivery, escalations, health.
Bridge customer success, PM, and manufacturing to serve customers.
Coach CPMs; establish onboarding, training, and escalation processes.
Hybrid work model: in-office Mon-Wed, remote Thu-Fri; align with US time zones.

🎯 Requirements

7-13 years total experience; 5+ years managing customer-facing programs in hardware.
Bachelor's degree in Mechanical, Industrial, or Manufacturing Engineering.
Minimum 2 years in a team lead role with direct reports.
Proven track record running complex multi-stakeholder programs end-to-end.
Experience with US-based or European-based customers from India on US hours.
CRM/ERP tools (Salesforce, Odoo) and PM tools (Jira, Asana).
