📋 Description

• Lead CS analytics + applied AI end-to-end
• Design data-backed CS strategy with leadership
• Build data products and AI workflows
• Ship analytics and AI integrations to CS and Support
• Define CS analytics pod priorities and direction
• Collaborate with Product, Sales, RevOps, CS

🎯 Requirements

• 5–7+ years in analytics, strategy, or ops
• Shipped data products, models, or AI systems
• Claude Code required; SQL/Python a plus
• Familiar with CS/Support ops
• Self-sufficient, end-to-end ownership
• Comfortable with ambiguity; no playbook needed
