  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience
  • 6+ years in Customer Success/Technical Account Management in SaaS/telecom
  • Translate AI/tech capabilities into business value
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and customer engagement skills
  • Experience managing multiple accounts with executive relationships
  • Knowledge of contact centre platforms; Dutch language desirable
