  • Experience owning mid-market/enterprise books with ACVs $50K-$150K.
  • Accountable for retention, GRR, NRR, renewals, or expansion.
  • Multi-stakeholder accounts including security, compliance, IT, finance, and execs.
  • Evidence of CS mechanisms: onboarding playbooks, health scores, QBRs.
  • Comfort with security, compliance, and engineering stakeholders.
  • Clear written and verbal communication with US/global customers from India.
  • Comfort in a CS motion still being built.
