Lead D365 F&O Solutions Architect Finance (f/m/x)

📋 Description

• Own Finance architecture across D365 F&O for GL, AP, AR, FA, and Cash & Bank.
• Set design standards for Finance platform used by consultants and partners.
• Lead the Finance agent layer to enable deterministic, auditable operations.
• Drive standardization, harmonization, and global rollout across regions/entities.
• Lead solution governance, blueprinting, and architectural decisions in Finance.
• Provide thought leadership on Microsoft ecosystem capabilities (Copilot Studio, Azure AI Foundry, Microsoft Fabric).

🎯 Requirements

• Extensive ERP Finance transformation experience with D365 F&O across modules and global rollouts.
• Lead architecture delivering end-to-end Finance solutions (integrations, data models, ISV evaluations).
• Deep Finance process expertise: GL, AP, AR, FA, Cash & Bank, Project & Cost Accounting; IFRS/local GAAP.
• Strong fluency in D365 F&O architecture, data entities, and integration patterns.
• Understanding of agentic AI in Finance: platform support for Continuous Close, Revenue Assurance, and Collections.
• Influence senior stakeholders (Finance Directors/CFO) with clear communication; global implementation experience.
