Lead Data Analyst

📋 Description

• Define measurement frameworks for product initiatives and metrics
• Identify opportunities to automate data processes
• Serve as data subject-matter expert across the organization
• Analyze employee health, customer interests, user journeys, product performance
• Partner with Product, Design, and Engineering through the product lifecycle
• Collaborate with Customer Success and Sales to show product impact

🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years as Product/Customer Analyst or similar analytics role
• Ownership of customer-facing initiatives and stakeholder relationships
• Strong SQL, including dbt transformations
• Python or R for data analysis and statistics
• Experience with Databricks, dbt, Looker
• Translate complex data into concise insights for execs/non-technical
