Lead Data Analyst

📋 Description

• Produce analysis, design and implementation of well tested data solutions to meet business
• Maintenance of existing systems
• Create, modify and monitor automated processes for clients
• Pre-sales and post-sales technical assistance to clients, business analysts, sales executives or
• Lead a team of Data Analysts, including goal setting, performance management, and regular 1:1s
• Coach, mentor, and develop analysts to build technical capability, analytical thinking, and client

🎯 Requirements

• 3+ years of relevant industry experience
• Knowledge of SQL, Oracle and Python
• Coach/Team lead experience
• Understanding of data, data structures and their value for analysis, marketing and CRM
• Good knowledge of relevant statistical and IT packages
• Engage externally with clients and build relationships
