Lead, Data Analytics

📋 Description

• Lead analytics for Commercial teams including Sales, AM, Onboarding, and Distribution.
• Oversee end-to-end reporting lifecycle and data models.
• Collaborate with the Director of BI to execute the analytics roadmap.
• Translate business needs into actionable insights and scalable data solutions.
• Mentor team members and manage cross-functional collaboration.
• Drive data governance, quality checks, and data-driven decision culture.

🎯 Requirements

• 6+ years in BI, data analytics and data science.
• Bachelor’s or Master’s in Business/Analytics/Data Science or related field.
• Experience leading analytics teams and projects.
• SQL, Python, or R; statistical modeling a plus.
• Experience with dbt and GitLab; data governance.
• Netherlands-based; hybrid (3 days/week in-office); strong communication.
