🎯 Requirements

8+ years hands-on software/data/AI platform engineering, with senior roles
Experience leading/mentoring a small engineering team
Strong backend, APIs, data pipelines, or platform infra programming
Experience building/operating orchestration across systems
Working knowledge of AI/LLM-based systems and agent workflows
