Lead Data Engineer

📋 Description

• Build and evolve ingestion pipelines into BigQuery (Python/dltHub).
• Integrate Salesforce, Stripe, Postgres, PostHog, cloud billing, and GTM systems.
• Develop the transformation layer with SQLMesh models and dimensional models.
• Improve data quality, observability, and incident response.
• Own platform infra: BigQuery, GCP, Terraform, IAM, deployments.
• Enable business with trusted datasets to Looker Studio, Google Sheets, and CRM.

🎯 Requirements

• 6+ years building and operating production data platforms.
• Expert SQL and strong Python.
• Experience designing incremental, idempotent, well-tested pipelines.
• Deep experience with BigQuery or another modern cloud data warehouse.
• Experience with modern ELT tooling: SQLMesh, dbt, dltHub, Fivetran, or Airbyte.
• Orchestration/CI/CD (GitHub Actions, Airflow) and Terraform IaC.
