Lead Data Engineer- SnowFlake

📋 Description

• Lead a team of Data Engineers and mentor team members
• Own day-to-day technical delivery, priorities and quality
• Support team development through mentoring, feedback and knowledge-sharing
• Review technical work and promote strong engineering practices
• Stay hands-on, developing and improving Snowflake-based data solutions and pipelines
• Build scalable ELT/ETL workflows using Snowflake, dbt, Airflow, Fivetran/Stitch or similar tools

🎯 Requirements

• 8+ years of experience in Data Engineering or a similar technical role
• Strong hands-on Snowflake expertise
• Proven experience leading or mentoring Data Engineers
• Strong SQL and modern data pipeline experience
• Experience with dbt, Airflow, Fivetran/Stitch or equivalent
• Good understanding of data modelling, data quality and cloud data platforms
