Ensure models drive real business outcomes, not just technical metrics
Define scalable DS/DA processes and model lifecycle

🎯 Requirements

Bachelor's or Master's in a quantitative field
5+ years as Senior/Lead Data Scientist
Strong SQL and Python; large datasets; Git workflows
ML, statistics, experimental design, A/B testing
Predictive modeling, classification, segmentation, forecasting
Experience with churn/LTV/retention analytics; BigQuery/Spark/Hive
