Lead Data Scientist

📋 Description

• Lead data science team of applied scientists and ML engineers
• Develop and fine-tune large-scale models (LLMs, transformers)
• Implement PEFT methods (LoRA, adapters, prefix tuning)
• Build data pipelines; leverage Spark/Databricks; cloud ML services
• Collaborate with product and engineering to deploy AI solutions
• Optimize GPU/TPU performance and scalable training

🎯 Requirements

• Master’s or Ph.D. in CS/ML/DS/Stats
• 5+ years hands-on ML/Data Science
• Strong ML, NLP, DL; experience with LLMs
• Proficient in PyTorch and TensorFlow; Hugging Face
• PEFT methods (LoRA, adapters, prefix tuning)
• Data pipelines: Spark/Databricks; SageMaker/Vertex AI/Azure ML
