📋 Description

• Lead NLP and ML model development for financial compliance
• Design, train, and deploy NLP & transformer models for surveillance
• Build ML analytics workflows with optimization opportunities
• Data annotation and quality review
• Model governance, documentation, and explainability alignment with standards
• Collaborate with Product Manager(s) to translate requirements into technical tasks

🎯 Requirements

• Strong knowledge of financial markets, compliance, or surveillance
• Experience with ML/DL frameworks: scikit-learn, PyTorch, TensorFlow
• NLP transfer learning and transformer models (BERT, SBERT, HuggingFace)
• NLP toolkits: NLTK, spaCy
• Microservices, Docker, Kubernetes, Helm
• Excellent verbal and written communication; proven collaborator and mentor
