🎯 Requirements

5+ years in data science with hands-on experimentation work.
Deep knowledge of scaling experimentation: hypothesis testing, power, holdout, interactions.
Strong SQL proficiency for statistical data processing.
Fluency in product metrics and translating business needs to technical plans.
