Lead Data Scientist — Growth & Experimentation

📋 Description

• Own experimentation: design, run, and read growth experiments with rigor
• Build the reporting backbone: dashboards and self-serve tooling
• Generate insights: break down revenue/margin drivers and actions
• Keep the data foundation healthy: partner with Data Engineering
• Sharpen forecast: driver-based revenue forecasting analytics
• Shape analytics function: autonomous leadership and growth

🎯 Requirements

• 6+ years in data science, growth analytics, or quantitative roles with experimentation and causal inference
• Strong SQL and Python; comfortable with large datasets
• Autonomous; scope ambiguous questions, prioritize roadmap, drive to decision
• Executive-grade communication: explain metric movements to GM
• Strong business judgment: connect growth, usage, and drivers to revenue
• Experience in marketplace, eCommerce, SaaS, or healthcare at scale
