Lead Data Scientist, People Science

📋 Description

• Build and maintain analytical models that generate proactive signals across the People North Star
• Transform complex, multi-source people datasets into clear, decision-ready narratives for People
• Design and measure the impact of data- and science-backed behavioural interventions
• Build and maintain People metrics, scorecards, and dashboards across the employee lifecycle
• Design and ship self-service tools and workflows, including integrations with internal platforms
• Transform existing People assets from static summaries into automated, insight-driven outputs

🎯 Requirements

• Hands-on fluency in SQL and at least one of Python, R, or SAS
• Experience building and shipping BI dashboards or self-service analytics tools (Tableau, Power BI
• Able to define metrics and drive actionable recommendations from ambiguous questions
• Understanding of data privacy and algorithmic bias
• Strong storytelling and data visualisation skills
• Bachelor's/Master's degree in quantitative field or equivalent practical experience
