Lead Database Engineer

📋 Description

• Design and develop database architectures and data models.
• Analyze legacy DB structures for incompatibilities and migration risks.
• Convert legacy procedures, triggers, and views to PL/SQL/SQL.
• Update hardcoded SQL queries for the new engine.
• Establish ETL to transform and migrate legacy data.
• Configure and monitor enterprise database clusters.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in CS/Engineering/Math or related field (degree strictly required).
• 5+ years data engineering experience designing/implementing tables, views, stored procedures.
• Deep proficiency in relational and NoSQL databases; SQL, MQL, and CQL.
• Experience with MS SQL Server, MariaDB, PostgreSQL, Oracle; AWS; Snowflake.
• Active DoD Secret Clearance (or ability to obtain); US Citizen required.
• Travel up to 10%.
