📋 Description

• Lead and mentor the Chennai Demo Engineers; oversee daily operations.
• Provide senior technical guidance on demos; ensure assets are current and reusable.
• Own the DemoHub demo catalog; ensure quality and discoverability.
• Debrand prospect demos and modernize assets with new Appian features.
• Produce polished demos, walkthrough videos, and scripts.
• Liaise with global SPEAR and stakeholders; align priorities and deadlines.

🎯 Requirements

• Senior-level Appian or similar low-code experience in design, development, debugging.
• Proven ability to manage and mentor technical teams.
• Excellent technical skills with polished, impactful demos.
• Highly organized; manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
• Cross-functional collaboration across global teams and time zones.
• Familiarity with demo platforms: Storylane, Reprise, Navattic, Walnut.
