Lead Deployment Engineer

📋 Description

• Lead Celonis deployments for enterprise customers using AI tools.
• Direct AI deployment agents to build data models and dashboards.
• Translate customer needs into specs to deliver measurable impact.
• Oversee rollout, adoption, and handover for long-term value realization.

🎯 Requirements

• 7+ years in management or IT/solution/consulting in software vendors or SIs.
• Celonis platform: data modeling, analysis, KPI, automation; PQL/SQL/Python.
• Experience with AI tools (Claude Code, Codex, Cursor); prompt engineering a plus.
• Deep enterprise process knowledge; SAP/Oracle knowledge a plus.
• Lead customer workshops; communicate with execs; manage stakeholders.
• Travel up to 50% to customer sites.
